Replacing / Repairing Your Roof

Many homes in the neighborhood have been damaged due to hail storms. In the event that you do need to replace your roof please remember all homes in the Crescent MUST have a Tamco Weathered Wood shingle. This is the only approved shingle for our subdivision. The H-25 is the minimum acceptable shingle but the Tamco Heritage Weathered Wood H-30, XL H-40, and H-50 Heritage are also acceptable. This shingle is readily available at the locations listed below (if the below is a distributor, they can refer a contractor):

H-25 Elite represents the life of the shingle, 25 years.  This is our minimum lifetime requirement.  Tamko also offers Weathered Wood in longer life shingles:

• H-30 Heritage (30 year)
• H-40 XL (40 year)
• H-50 Heritage 50 (50 year)
